Voltage Controlled Switches
These high performance low voltage disconnects increase battery life by preventing excessive battery discharge.
When the battery voltage is too low the control automatically switches the load off. When the battery voltage has recovered the control turns the load back on. In this way the battery is protected from excessive discharge.
Excessive discharge reduces battery life, can cause equipment to malfunction and can cause batteries to freeze and crack at low temperatures.
Used in GPS tracking systems, telecomunications, oil, gas TEG and solar PV remote monitoring applications.
